It is the responsibility of every bidder or offeror to ensure they have downloaded the latest version of each solicitation, including any addendum(s) which may have been issued, by revisiting this website prior to the due date before submitting their response to the Santa Fe Public School District . All addendum's must be acknowledged in the response.
Any listed solicitation does not obligate the Santa Fe Public School District for any cost (s) associated with any response preparation , the return response, and is not to be considered a contract for any purchase of goods, services, or construction.
Please note that all Bids / Proposals must be submitted by the due date and time as stated in the bidding documents. The Santa Fe Public Schools does not accept responses electronically, by fax or email. A hard copy with original signature must be submitted. Responses arriving after due date or time will be returned unopened.
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be publicly opened at the Santa Fe Public School District, ESC Bldg., 610 Alta Vista St., Santa Fe, NM. Invitations must be submitted in a sealed envelope w/ invitation number and deadline date clearly indicated on envelope.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-RFPs
Interested offerors should pay attention to the scheduled pre-proposal conference, if any, in each of the request. Submitted proposals shall not be publicly opened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proposal number and deadline date clearly indicated on envelope. The contents of any proposal shall not be disclosed during negotiations that may occur. All proposals shall be valid until contract is awarded. Proposals will be made public after award has been announced.
