SFPS Technology Support Information

Parents and students should contact the SFPS Technology HelpDesk for questions regarding:

  • Acquiring or returning a SFPS Chromebook or iPad
  • Troubleshooting or repairing a SFPS Chromebook or iPad
  • Acquiring or returning a SFPS wi-fi hotspot
  • Password resets for Parent Portal, OpenAccess, SeeSaw, and all other district-supported applications and systems. 

SFPS is committed to ensuring every student has a digital device suitable for use in remote learning. The district will also work with families needing assistance in connecting their students' devices to the Internet. This includes loaning district-owned wi-fi hotspots. 

The SFPS Technology HelpDesk is available to all staff, students, and parents to address issues related to their district-provided device and for help with district supported curriculum and technology-related software and applications. Information specific to stakeholder groups is provided below:
