Lice (also known as "Pediculosis")

Santa Fe Public Schools follow the guidance from the New Mexico Department of Health and Public Education Department’s School Health Manual regarding management and treatment of lice cases within the schools.

Evidence based guidance for parents, along with requirements for school re-entry are available in English and Spanish.

Additional information is available from the Department of Health in English and Spanish.
