SFPS’ Language and Culture Department oversees programs for multilingual learners (also referred to as English Learners) across the district and all of the district's Bilingual Education and Multicultural Education Programs (BMEPs). We support over 4000 students - just about ⅓ of our student population! - and the incredible teachers, leaders, and educators who are providing this wonderful educational opportunity for families in Santa Fe. We greatly appreciate your support and welcome any and all inquiries regarding how to best support your child in developing a second language.
