Registration Instructions
We have implemented a new online registration process that allows parents to fill out the registration form and and electronically upload required documents without physically visiting the school site in person.
Prior to registering, please locate the following documents and either photograph or scan them in preparation for electronic upload. These are required during the registration process:
New Students Only: Student's birth certificate (If the parent registering the student is not named on the birth certificate, custody paperwork will also be required)
Current & New Students: Recent utility bill or another proof of residence that shows the parent's name and service address
Current & New Students: Student's immunization records
Current & New Students: Parent's government issued photo identification
Enrolling at Desert Sage Academy
Desert Sage Academy is the only virtual learning option for SFPS students this year.
*In-Person learning is only available grades 9-12 dependent on an interview process with site leadership and seat availability.
How to Enroll at Desert Sage Academy K-12th Grade
Apply in the SFPS Lottery and wait for the acceptance email.
Withdraw at current school.
Register for the Desert Sage and upload the acceptance letter as proof of approval.
NOTE: Once district approval is received you will be required to attend an orientation and complete enrollment forms at DSA in person.
