Our Principles of Practice

1. Giftedness is present in students from all racial, ethnic, linguistic, socioeconomic, and gender groups. Students may have both giftedness and disabilities.
2. It is our goal to identify all gifted students, regardless of age or background.
3. Identification for eligibility follows the SAT process.
4. Giftedness is often characterized by uneven development as well as exceptional potential. Individual Education Programs will address both strengths and weaknesses.
