What do I do if I think I may have incurred a work related injury?

• Report injuries to a school nurse or supervisor who will then document the incident. No matter how minor the incident might be, still report it.

• If the need is urgent, then visit urgent care or a hospital emergency room and and notify them that this is a worker's comp claim.

• To get medical assistance you can select any medical facility or see your own medical doctor.  Let the facility know this is a worker’s comp claim.  The nurse or supervisor will give you all the documentation you need to take with you.

• Please report any days missed to the Benefits Department.
